Shipping Policy – Divine Herbal Care

Divine Herbal Care delivers skincare, haircare, and personal-care products across Pakistan.

Delivery Areas

We currently offer delivery across Pakistan, subject to courier service availability at the customer's address.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and prepared for dispatch after the order has been confirmed.

Orders may require additional processing time during:

• Promotional campaigns
• Sales
• Eid/Ramadan periods
• Public holidays
• High-order-volume periods

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is generally 2–5 working days after dispatch, depending on the destination and courier service.

Remote areas may require additional delivery time.

Delivery estimates may be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our control.

Delivery Charges

We offer free delivery across Pakistan on orders of Rs. 1,000 or more.

For orders below Rs. 1,000, a Rs. 250 delivery charge will apply.

Any special promotional delivery offers will be subject to the terms of the respective promotion.

Payment Method – Cash on Delivery

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) only.

Customers can place their order online and pay the full order amount, including any applicable delivery charges, directly to the courier at the time of delivery.

Customers should provide an accurate and reachable phone number so that we can confirm the order and ensure successful delivery.

Incorrect Address or Unreachable Customer

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including their complete address and active phone number.

If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, incomplete information, or repeated failure to receive the order, additional delivery charges or cancellation may apply.

Delivery Delays

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery timing may be affected by circumstances outside Divine Herbal Care's control.

If your order is delayed, please contact us with your order number and we will assist you in checking the shipment status.
